Rick Paladin is the Lead Pastor of Bridge City Church. Involved since its inception in 1982, Rick began serving on staff as Associate Pastor in 1992 and assumed the role of Lead Pastor in 1999. His desire is to see the local church built by bridging generations, raising up leaders from within and changing the norm. 

Natalie has a vision for women to grow into all they are called to be in every aspect of their lives. She leads Bridge City's Overflow Women's Ministry and coaches women Connection Group Leaders. Natalie shares her heart and experiences with a blend of sincerity, transparency and humor. 

Pastor Rick and Natalie have been married since 1989 and have five children.
