Alyssa Archer

Alyssa Archer is passionate about helping people experience God’s unconditional love and walk in freedom. She and her husband, Ben, have been in full-time ministry for 11 years and are proud parents to four wonderful children: Mila, Eli, Aria, and Zion. Together, they serve as campus pastors at the New Castle campus of Victory Family Church.

Alyssa holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling, which she currently utilizes in her work at Glade Run Lutheran Services. Her heart for ministry is reflected in her dedication to empowering women to lead with God-given purpose and raising up a generation of passionate followers of Jesus.

Beyond her ministry work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing hobbies like kayaking, hiking, and camping. She is deeply focused on nurturing her family and helping others thrive in their faith journey.
